Terms and conditions

Article 1. Application of general terms and conditions

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all activities (conferences and any other continuing education activities) (hereinafter referred to as “Activity(ies)”) organised by the LTC Private Foundation with its registered office at Korte Vlierstraat 6 box B211, 2000 Antwerp and registered with the KBO with number 0784.775.827 (hereinafter referred to as “LTC”).
  2. Any registration, booking, reservation or payment by the Customer for any Activity at LTC implies the explicit, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance, without any reservation whatsoever, of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer (as well as by any person on whose behalf the Customer completes a registration), who acknowledges having taken note of their content.

  4. LTC reserves the right to amend and/or update these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes shall be announced on the website and/or by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the Customer. 
  5. These general terms and conditions do not in any way affect any mandatory legislation applicable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article I, 1, 2° of the Economic Code, namely: “any natural person acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession”.

Article 2. Reservations and registrations

  1. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that , all LTC Activities are only accessible for the age categories shown on the website.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed between LTC and the Customer, only registrations, bookings or reservations for Activities via the LTC website shall be registered and accepted. 
  3. To register, book or reserve an Activity, the Customer shall complete the online registration form for the specific Activity fully and correctly. 
  4. If the desired Activity is still available, the Customer shall complete the registration procedure online by accepting these General Terms and Conditions and paying for the Activity.
  5. After payment of the Activity by the Customer, the Customer shall receive an e-mail from the LTC confirming the registration and a confirmation of payment.
  6. The agreement between LTC and the Customer is in any case only concluded when the written confirmation of registration has been sent by LTC.
  7. Each registration that is confirmed by LTC is definitive. Except where mandatory legislation stipulates otherwise, the Customer cannot cancel a registration or claim a refund. At the express request of the Customer via Info@lovetomorrow.com and with the written approval of LTC, the Customer may allow a person other than the person who is registered to participate in the Activity.

Articlel 3. Price and payment 

  1. The prices indicated on the LTC website are inclusive of VAT and are stated in euros. The offer and the price are valid on the day the website is visited and/or the registration, booking or reservation is made by the Customer. The offer and the price of the Activities may be changed by LTC at any time before registration, booking or reservation.
  2. Any discounts granted to the Customer for participation in an Activity shall be indicated on the website. Discounts cannot be combined and are automatically calculated. Unlawfully obtained discounts shall be claimed back. 
  3. The Customer can only pay for the Activity via LTC’s online payment system upon registration.  
  4. The price of the Activity includes all costs. Unless expressly indicated otherwise in the Activity on the LTC website, catering/lunch/drinks are not included in the price.
  5. A late arrival or early departure at an Activity shall not give rise to any reimbursement or compensation, even if this departure is due to an accident or illness of the participant.
  6. LTC does not issue tax certificates for Activities that are specifically organised for minors. 

Article 4. Changes to and/or cancellation of an Activity 

  1. WAOW reserves the right, in the event of certain circumstances, to make changes to the programme before or during the Activity. In doing so, any adverse consequences for the Customer or participants shall be limited as far as possible. The Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation and/or reimbursement.
  2. LTC reserves the right to cancel and/or move an Activity for organisational reasons. In that case LTC shall immediately inform the Customer at the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. When cancelling the Activity the Customer shall be reimbursed for the price paid for the Activity without being entitled to any compensation. 

Article 5. Copyright and intellectual property

The copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights relating to an Activity organised by LTC shall become or remain the property of LTC. The Customer may not copy and/or reproduce in any way whatsoever any documents/images/information/course material/… of LTC without the express prior written consent of LTC. 

Article 6. Liability

  1. Except in the event of mandatory legislation to the contrary, LTC shall not be liable for damage, from whatever cause, to goods or persons caused by or in connection with participation in an LTC Activity.   
  2. To the extent that LTC is liable for any damage, this liability shall be limited to direct damage with the express exclusion of indirect damage (such as but not limited to: economic loss, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, …) up to the amount that is actually covered by its insurance. 
  3. For Activities organised by LTC for minors, the Customer shall provide all necessary information to LTC when registering so that the minor participant can participate in the Activity in optimal conditions. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide LTC with the necessary information regarding medication and/or allergens used by the minor participant. In case the Customer requests LTC to administer medication to a minor participant during the Activity, LTC shall only do so upon receipt of and in conformity with the administration prescription drawn up by the treating physician. Except in case of mandatory legislation to the contrary, LTC and/or its employees cannot be held responsible for the possible consequences or side effects that would occur after administration.   

Article 7. Rules of conduct

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that by registering for an Activity, he agrees to the policies of the LTC, its rules of conduct and policies during the Activity. The rules of conduct shall include the basic values of courtesy and respect for each other, speakers, LTC staff and for the material used during the Activities. If the Customer or the participant in the Activity does not abide by these basic rules, LTC reserves the right to immediately exclude the Customer or the participant from the Activity and to refuse further access to the Activity, without the Customer being able to claim any right to reimbursement and/or compensation.

Article 8. Beeldmateriaal

  1. By registering, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that LTC may take pictures and/or visual material of the participants during the Activities, either non-targeted or targeted (subject to valid authorisation) and use these for publicity purposes (including but not limited to: website, brochures, social media, …). 
  2. If the Customer registers a minor participant for an Activity, the Customer shall specifically indicate whether or not he or she gives LTC and Tomorrowland Academy valid permission to take specific photos and/or use images of the minor participant for publicity purposes (including but not limited to: website, brochures, social media, …).

Article 9. Privacy and GDPR

LTC processes the personal data of the Customer in accordance with the applicable privacy and data protection regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Article 10. Applicable law and competent court 

  1. All agreements concluded with LTC as well as any disputes relating thereto shall be exclusively governed by Belgian law.
  2. In case of disputes between the Customer and LTC in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Antwerp Branch shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR TICKETS AND ADD-ONS 

1. LTC is a partner of WEAREONE.WORLD BV (“WAOW”) and from time to time sells tickets for events organised by WAOW (“Tickets”).

2. When the Customer registers for an Activity with LTC, he will, where applicable, be given the option to purchase a Ticket via LTC in addition to his registration for the Activity.

3.         When the Customer buys a Ticket via LTC, he fully acknowledges and accepts the ticket and festival conditions of WAOW (available via the following link: https://www.tomorrowland.com/en/festival/practical/general-terms-conditions) as well as the following special exception to the ticket and festival conditions of WAOW that shall always apply to Tickets bought by the Customer via LTC:

a. Bracelets are not sent to the Customer but can be collected by the Customer at the location indicated by LTC;

b. The Customer does not have to pre-register for the Tickets;

c. The Customer does not benefit from the “first 20” advantage;

d. The Customer may not use WAOW’s exchange desk;

e. The Customer can personalise his Tickets but cannot change the name.

4.      The option to purchase Tickets is offered to the Customer by LTC at its own discretion. The Customer cannot claim any Tickets by registering for an Activity of LTC. 

5.        Tickets are always offered by LTC on the basis of availability.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Tomorrowland 2022

These Conditions apply to the purchase by the Customer of Festival Products and/or Services via any and all of the Official Sales Channels (all as defined herein). 

1 DEFINITIONS 

1.1      Agreement: the agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services. Such agreement consists of the present Conditions, the purchase confirmation and other provisions annexed or referred to in these Conditions and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of Paylogic, TL Travel and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).  

1.2      Bracelet Fee: The fee charged during Will Call sales to pick-up the Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Will Call Box Office at Tomorrowland or DreamVille. The Bracelet Fee will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland ticket sales on www.tomorrowland.com. No Treasure Case is included for Festival admittance tickets purchased during Will Call sales.

1.3      TL Travel: TL Travel Comm.V., the exclusive partner of the Festival Organizer for the sale of Festival Travel Packages.

1.4      Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including its annexes. 

1.5      Consumer: the natural person who does not act for the purposes relating to his or her commercial, business, craft or professional activity.

1.6      Customer, You, Your: the consumer, the legal entity or the actual association who enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Festival Products and/or Services as provided for herein.  

1.7      DreamVille: The official campsite of the Festival with several options of accommodation as sold under the DreamVille packages, subject to Annex 5.

1.8      Exchange Desk: The only official reselling point for Tomorrowland tickets and DreamVille packages purchased with Tomorrowland (via the Paylogic platform), operating for a limited amount of time, to be specified on the Tomorrowland website, and accessible through the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland Account. The Exchange Desk is not open for purchases made with TL Travel (Global Journey), Travel Partners, for guest tickets,  “Voordeeltickets”, hospitality or B2B. 

1.9      Festival: the 2022 edition of the electronic dance music festival known as “Tomorrowland”, currently held in Provinciaal Domein De Schorre (Boom, Belgium), taking place from July 15th up to and including July 17th (“Weekend 1”), July 22nd up to and including July 24th 2022 (“Weekend 2”) and July 29th up to and including July 31st 2022 (“Weekend 3”).

1.10    Festival Organizer: WEAREONE.world bvba, with registered offices at Korte Vlierstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, and VAT number BE 0867.239.782, the organizer and producer of the Festival. 

1.11    Festival Travel Package: the various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale by TL Travel and the Travel Partner, including (depending on the specific package) Festival admission ticket, lodging, flights and transportation. Special conditions of sale apply to the Festival Travel Packages. When you purchase such a package, you will be asked to accept these conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, these special conditions take precedence over these Conditions at all times.

1.12    Festival Products and/or Services: the products and/or services relating to the Festival, as offered to and purchased by the Customer via the Official Sales Channels, meaning (i) the Festival Organizer for the purchase of Festival admittance tickets (including packages such as Dreamville Package, Full Madness Package, as detailed on www.tomorrowland.com) and (ii) TL Travel or the Travel Partner for the purchase of Festival Travel Packages. Vouchers can be added to such purchase and vary per Official Sales Channel, subject to the conditions set forth in Annex 4. Pearls can be purchased via the Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival, subject to the conditions for cashless payments set forth in Annex 3.

1.13    Festival Visitor: The natural person who has a validly registered Tomorrowland Bracelet in his/her name (as determined herein) and ultimately consumes the Festival products and/or services under the Agreement.  

1.14    Global Journey: The various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale via TL Travel, as commonly known and commercialized under the name “Global Journey”. Special conditions of sale apply for Global Journey. When you purchase such a Festival Travel Package, you will be asked to accept these conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, these special conditions take precedence over these Conditions at all times.

1.15    Official Sales Channel: Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased via the Festival Organizer, TL Travel or a Travel Partner. The Festival Products and/or Services offered via the Festival Organizer are processed via the Festival Organizer’s service provider Paylogic.

1.16    Paylogic: Paylogic Holding B.V. operates an online platform for tickets sales and access management and is engaged by the Festival Organizer as a supplier to make its platform available for the Festival Organizer to enter into an Agreement with the Customer for the sale of certain Festival products and services as mentioned herein. 

1.17    Pearls: the official currency of the Festival, which can be purchased via the Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival and loaded onto the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions set forth in Annex 3.

1.18    Ticket Refund Fee: in case a Festival admittance ticket purchased via Tomorrowland (through the Paylogic platform) is refunded after purchase, subject to the refund provisions provided for herein, a ticket refund fee will be charged per refunded ticket and therefore deducted from the amount of the refund. The Ticket Refund Fee depends on the ticket cancellation date, in accordance with article 1.22, and will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland tickets ales on www.tomorrowland.com.

1.19    Tomorrowland Bracelet:  The Festival Visitor can only access the Festival and consume his/her purchased Pearls via a personalized and activated bracelet. In case You have purchased a DreamVille package, Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will also give you access to included zones within DreamVille. If You have purchased a comfort, B2B, LOTUS or Exclusive Tables ticket, your Tomorrowland Bracelet will give you access to the appropriate zones.  

1.20    Travel Partner: the official Tomorrowland travel partners expressly stated on www.tomorrowland.com, offering Travel Packages including Festival admittance ticket (DreamVille optionally included), travel (flights/transportation) and/or lodging.

1.21    Treasure Case: the Festival case holding the Tomorrowland Bracelet, as sent to Customer in line with these Conditions. 

1.22    Treasure Case Fee: the fee that is charged to the Customer to cover the cost and shipping of the Treasure Case holding the Tomorrowland Bracelet.  The Treasure Case Fee depends on the shipping address (i.e. Belgium vs. Europe vs. worldwide) and may, as such, vary per order. The Treasure Case Fee will be announced prior to the official start of the Tomorrowland ticket sales on www.tomorrowland.com. In case your order is cancelled before the 31th of March 2022, the Treasure Case Fee will be refunded. In case your order is cancelled after the 31st of March 2022, the Treasure Case Fee will not be refunded (as shipping of the Treasure Case already initiated) and thus be added to the Ticket Refund Fee.

1.23    Voucher: A Tomorrowland voucher represents an additional purchase made with the Festival Organizer or an independent third party, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker provider, shuttle provider, active on or around the Festival Premises). Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale by the Festival Organizer, through the Paylogic platform or a platform of the independent third party. 

1.24    Waiting List: In case a ticket type or all Festival admittance tickets are sold out, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to open a Waiting List. By registering on the Waiting List, You give the Festival Organizer permission to contact You in case new tickets become available and offer those tickets through Waiting List sales.

2 SCOPE OF THE CONDITIONS 

2.1      General provisions

2.1.1   The annexes attached hereto form an integral part of these Conditions. The Customer is asked to accept these Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest upon entering into an Agreement via the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent copy of the Conditions at www.tomorrowland.com or on request from the Festival’s customer service.

2.1.2   Should You not only purchase Festival Products and/or Services for yourself but also for others, we remind you that You are and remain solely responsible for providing such people with the present Conditions and any other terms and conditions which may apply to Your purchase (including those mentioned under Article 2.3 below) and obtaining their consent with such terms prior to Your purchase. 

2.2      Travel Partners 

2.2.1   When You purchase Festival Products via a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organizer) qualifies as your contracting party. You enter into a direct Agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made. 

Such Travel Partner is and remains solely responsible for providing you with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions, including these Conditions, during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the Agreement between them and You. The Festival Organizer is exempt from any contractual liability towards You.

3 FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES: GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1      Age requirement

3.1.1   The minimum age for Festival admission is eighteen (18) years. Any person born in 2004 will be allowed admittance, also if the age of 18 is not reached until after the Festival. There will be no exception to this rule, not even if the person concerned is accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult. The Festival Organizer will deny admission to the Festival if, e.g. as a result of the identity control mentioned hereunder, the Festival Visitor hasn’t reached such age at the latest upon the start of the Festival. 

3.2      Official Sales Channels

3.2.1   Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased via the Official Sales Channels. 

3.2.2   Festival Products and/or Services that are obtained in a different manner (either through a different sales channel, or by evading, in any way, the procedure prescribed in the pre-registration link that provides access to the online ticket shop) will not be deemed valid by the Festival Organizer and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny the holder of the Festival ticket access to the Festival. 

3.3      Tomorrowland account and pre-registration

General 

3.3.1   Unless otherwise indicated by the Festival Organizer, Festival Products and/or Services can only be sold to those who have a Tomorrowland Account, which can be created on www.tomorrowland.com. The Festival Organizer in any event advises to create a Tomorrowland Account. 

3.3.2   When creating a Tomorrowland Account, you will be asked to read and accept the Festival Organizer’s terms and conditions and Privacy Policy for the Tomorrowland Account. 

3.3.3   The Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Festival admittance tickets that do not comply with the provisions of this Article 3 and offer them for sale again. In that event, the purchase price for the relevant ticket(s) will be refunded to You (and only you) after deduction of the Ticket Refund Fee and a refund of the Treasure Box Fee, as applicable, and always subject to the provisions on cancellation as included herein. 

3.3.4   The Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your purchase due to technical reasons (e.g. existing quotas were exceeded).

Pre-registration

3.3.5   Only a Tomorrowland Account can give access to Festival pre-registration. The Festival Organizer will inform the account holders about the start of pre-registrations via the Tomorrowland Account and the contact details provided during the account registration. Automated pre-registrations are not permitted.

3.3.6   As soon as the official sale of Festival Products and/or Services starts, the account holder will be able to access the online ticket shop of Paylogic and TL Travel via an automated link in the Tomorrowland Account. Purchased tickets and bracelets are not exchangeable for another type of ticket/package.

First 20

3.3.7   In order to promote the diversity of the Festival, the first 20 pre-registered Customers per nationality are guaranteed to be able to purchase Tomorrowland admittance tickets (in accordance with article 3.4.1). The nationality of the Customer is registered via the account settings of the Tomorrowland Account. 

3.3.8   If the nationality registered during the pre-registration does not correspond to the nationality used during Your purchase, the change may be considered fraud. In that event, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your purchase without refund.

3.4.     Festival admittance ticket

3.4.1   The maximum number of Festival admittance tickets that may be purchased in total during the Belgian Pre-Sale are 5 Full Madness Passes, 5 one-day tickets or DreamVille Packages for maximum 5 people in total (except Friendship Packages). During the worldwide pre-sales and the worldwide ticket sales, the maximum number of Festival admittance tickets that may be purchased in total is 4 Full Madness Passes, 4 one-day tickets or DreamVille Packages for maximum 4 people in total (except Friendship Packages). The foregoing maxima apply throughout the entire sales period of Tomorrowland 2021 (i.e. Belgian, worldwide and waiting list) and may not be cumulated in different sales moments.

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to organize other ticket sales moments than mentioned hereabove (e.g. Friendship Package Sales). If applicable, the special conditions for that particular sale will be published on the www.tomorrowland.com in such a way that the Buyer can make an informed purchase.

3.4.2   You can only participate with the Belgian Pre-Sales if you are a Belgian resident at the moment of the Belgian Pre-Sale and you select a Belgian shipping address for the delivery of the Treasure Case (cumulative terms).

3.4.3   You are only allowed to participate in a sales moment with one account. In case You purchase tickets with several accounts, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You through Your different accounts.

Personalization

3.4.4   Each Festival admittance ticket must be personalized by entering the Festival Visitor’s name, e-mail address and nationality. The Festival Visitor can be You or other people you purchase tickets for. Business and hospitality Packages do not require personalization. 

3.4.5   Unless otherwise stated by the Festival Organizer, this personalization of the Festival admittance ticket must take place during the time period stated in the ticket confirmation e-mail sent to You. After this period, the personalization is final and the provided personal data can no longer be changed. In case You don’t personalize your Festival admittance tickets before the deadline, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to cancel Your Festival admittance tickets.

3.4.6   Should you buy a Festival admittance ticket not only for yourself but also for others (your “Guests”) You are and remain solely responsible for obtaining – as far as required by law – these people’s permission to provide their personal data to the Festival Organizer as part of the personalization of such ticket as mentioned herein. The provisions of Article 2.2. equally apply. 

3.4.7   After personalization of the Festival admittance ticket, Your personalized Guests will be invited by the e-mail address You provided us with in order for each guest to be invited to create a Tomorrowland Account. Your purchase of a Festival admittance tickets will only be final after all Your guests have created their proper Tomorrowland Account within the time periods stated in the confirmation e-mail sent to You. The provisions of Article 3.3.2 above shall equally apply. 

3.4.8   If the nationality You select during Personalization is different from the nationality You select at the moment of purchase, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to consider this deviation as fraud and reserves the right to cancel Your entire order.

Exchange Desk

The Exchange Desk is only accessible for purchases made with the Festival Organizer (through the Paylogic platform). 

Festival admission tickets (incl. DreamVille) may only be exchanged via the Festival Organizer’s official Exchange Desk. The Festival Organizer will offer tickets registered on the Exchange Desk for sale to people registered on the Waiting List. The Exchange Desk does not guarantee your Festival admission tickets being resold. You will not be able to exchange your tickets for other tickets, nor can you choose who you resell your Festival admission tickets to. In the event that a Festival admission ticket is resold via the Exchange Desk, such ticket will no longer grant the Festival Visitor (i.e. the original ticket holder) access to the Festival. Exchanged and resold Festival admission tickets via the Exchange Desk will be refunded to the Main Buyer after deduction of a Ticket Refund Fee.

In case the full order is resold through the Exchange Desk, the refund will be executed within a couple of weeks after the order is resold. In case only part of the order is offered on and resold through the Exchange Desk, this partial refund will only be executed within a couple of weeks after the Festival.

3.6      Tomorrowland Bracelet

3.6.1   For each purchased and personalized Festival admittance ticket, the Festival Organizer will provide You with a Tomorrowland Bracelet which must be registered before access to the Festival can be granted to the Festival Visitor. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only give one (1) person access to the Festival. 

3.6.2   The Festival Organizer will send all Tomorrowland Bracelets in advance, starting end of June 2022. With the exception of sales where it is explicitly indicated no Treasure Cases will be shipped/provided, Bracelets will be sent in a Treasure Case and (by default) to the delivery address mentioned in Your Tomorrowland Account unless You indicate another delivery address during the purchase process (Global Journey only). You can only enter one (1) delivery address for Your purchase.

3.6.3   It is not possible to change the delivery addresses for Your Tomorrowland Bracelets after You have completed Your purchase unless You have changed domicile in such period of time, in which case you are required to provide the Festival Organizer with an official document issued by the local authorities which proves Your change of domicile. Deadline for alternate delivery addresses due to change of domicile is March 31th 2022. The Festival Organizer cannot guarantee change of delivery address for requests received after the said date. 

When Your purchase is made via TL Travel (Global Journey) or a Travel Partner, the options for delivery address or other changes to Your order are exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of those parties.

3.6.4   The Festival Organizer reserves the right not to provide a Treasure Case in case the Tomorrowland Bracelet would (exceptionally) be picked up at the Festival instead of the means provided hereabove.

3.6.5   For Festival tickets purchased during the Will Call sale, the Tomorrowland Bracelets will not be shipped and must be picked up at the Will Call Box Office on the Festival or DreamVille. No Treasure Cases are included. 

Festival access and identity check

3.6.6   Only a legitimate and registered Tomorrowland Bracelet can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival premises or DreamVille. One must always be in possession of a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in his/her name to be admitted to the Festival or DreamVille. You enter the Festival premises or DreamVille at Your own risk. 

3.6.7   All Tomorrowland Bracelets will be scanned and validated upon entering the Festival and Dreamville premises.

3.6.8   The Festival Organizer reserves the right to verify (or to have verified by appointed representatives) the identity of everyone entering the Festival premises or DreamVille. If one cannot identify him/herself or the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the identity of the Festival Visitor provided in the proof of identity, the Festival Visitor will be refused admission to the Festival or DreamVille. A valid proof of identity can be a valid identity card, passport or driving license. The name on the proof of identity must be the same as the name in which the bracelet is registered. Copies of identity papers are not accepted. 

3.6.9   A refused admission in the context of Article 3.6.8 will not give anyone right to a refund. 

3.6.10 For security reasons, Festival Visitors holding a day-ticket or Full Madness Pass and leaving the Festival grounds will not be allowed to re-enter the Festival grounds until the next day. For safety reasons, Festival Visitors holding a Tomorrowland Bracelet including DreamVille access may enter the Festival premises until two (2) hours before closing time. Festival Visitors with a DreamVille ticket can only re-enter DreamVille as from 17h00. 

Other services 

3.6.11 The Tomorrowland Bracelet not only serves as a Festival admittance ticket. Purchased Pearls are also uploaded on this bracelet. The Festival Visitor is required to scan his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet to enter the Festival premises (and the Dreamville Bracelet for access to DreamVille), exclusive zones their Bracelet gives access to and access/use the purchased Pearls.  

Loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet 

3.6.12 You are solely responsible for the loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet after it has been delivered to You by the Festival Organizer (in conformity with the provisions of these Conditions). 

3.6.13 If, for any reason whatsoever that is beyond the Festival Organizer’s reasonable control (including errors in the personal data You provide during the registration and purchase procedure, or because the postage parcel with the Treasure Case holding your Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered by the postal services in the country of destination), You must contact the Festival Organizer so that the Festival Organizer can arrange for Your collection of the Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Will Call Box Office at the Festival or DreamVille. Only the Festival Visitor (holding a valid e-ticket and ID) can collect his personalized Tomorrowland Bracelet. A Tomorrowland Bracelet must always be activated before they can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival and provide the services as mentioned herein. 

3.6.14 In case of loss or theft under Articles 3.6.12 and 3.6.13 the Festival Organizer will never be required to provide You with a new Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet. No refund can be claimed either. 

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

4.1      For purchases made with the Festival Organizer (via the Paylogic platform), cancellations and refunds can only be processed as provided for herein. 

For purchases made with TL Travel the specific conditions for Global Journey shall always prevail. 

For purchases made with a Travel Partner, the policy on cancellations and refunds is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of the Travel Partner. The Festival Organizer does not bear any liability. 

5. LIABILITY

5.1      Liability of the Customer and Festival Visitor

Refused admission 

5.1.1   Who fails to comply with these Conditions will immediately be refused admission to or be removed from the Festival premises. No refund will be granted unless when agreed otherwise herein. 

5.1.2   The Festival Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for multiple editions of the Festival or any other events organized by the Festival Organizer and its affiliated companies depending on the nature of the failure to comply with these Conditions (e.g. when you sell drugs at the Festival).

Prosecution

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged Festival tickets and Festival bracelets.

5.2      Liability of the Festival Organizer  

Direct damages

5.2.1   The Festival Organizer is only liable for the damages that are directly and solely caused by a breach on the part of the Festival Organizer. Excluded from compensation are (i) consequential damages and (ii) intentional damages caused by willfulness recklessness of the damage suffering party.  

5.2.2   The Festival Organizer is not liable for any damage caused to, theft of, or any other accidents occurring with vehicles or persons on the official Festival parking lots. Such Parking lots are always used at own risk.

Force Majeure

5.2.3   The Festival Organizer may only cancel or postpone the Festival in the event of force majeure or if the Festival Organizer has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or postpone the Festival. Force majeure events means any of the following: the occurrence of which makes performance of obligations (excluding payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: an act of God (including without limitation avalanches), inevitable accident, fire, strike or other labor dispute, war or threat of war, act of public enemy, act of terrorism or threats thereof, riot or civil commotion, national state of emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or governmental instrumentality, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), interruption in, or substantial delay or failure of, technical facilities, or failure or substantial delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or condition beyond the Parties’ reasonable control, as applicable. Inclement weather shall, in principle, not be deemed a Force Majeure Event, provided however that should such weather conditions be severe or threatening enough to render a declaration by the applicable public authorities that conditions threaten public safety, then such weather conditions shall be deemed a Force Majeure Event hereunder. 

5.2.4   In no event is a refund of the purchase price possible when cancelling a Festival ticket due to concerns over terrorist threats and/or attacks. 

6. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH THE FESTIVAL ORGANIZER

6.1      Paylogic platform 

6.1.1   Festival Products and Services can be bought directly from the Festival Organizer, via a Tomorrowland Account and through the Paylogic platform. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price has been paid in full: 

Festival admittance ticket

Vouchers issued by the Festival Organizer (e.g. restaurant, lockers, parking, shuttles or any other vouchers being offered) 

6.1.2   The Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Festival Organizer and the general terms and conditions and privacy policy of Paylogic are made available in full text and must be accepted before making a purchase. 

6.2      Pearls

6.2.1   Pearls can be purchased via a Tomorrowland Account and at the Festival and loaded onto a Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions set forth in Annex 3, which are made available in full text and must be accepted before making an online top-up purchase. The Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payments will also be made available at the Festival top-ups. Who purchases his/her first Pearls via such Festival top-up will be deemed to have accepted such Terms and Conditions. 

6.3      Online Dispute Resolution

6.3.1   The Festival Organizer hereby informs You about the existence of the European Union’s “Online Dispute Resolution” platform. A request for out-of-court dispute resolution can be requested via http://ec/europa.eu/odr

7. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH TL Travel

7.1      General 

7.1.1   TL Travel is the Festival Organizer’s exclusive partner for the sale of Festival Travel Packages (possibly supplemented with Vouchers, for which you will be redirected to the Paylogic platform of the Festival Organizer or the platform of a third party provider).  

7.1.2   For purchases made with TL Travel, the specific Global Journey terms and conditions apply and prevail in case of conflict with the present Conditions (e.g. for cancellation and refund).

8. FESTIVAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH A TRAVEL PARTNER

8.1      When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services via a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organizer) qualifies as your contracting party. You enter into an Agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made as well as the present Conditions and its Annexes. 

The Travel Partner is and remains solely responsible for providing You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the Agreement between them and You. The Festival Organizer is exempt from any contractual liability towards You.

8.2      For purchases made with a Travel Partner, the policy on cancellations and refunds is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of the Travel Partner. The Festival Organizer does not bear any liability. 

9 APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

9.1      These Conditions are governed solely by Belgian law, with the exclusion of rules on the conflict of laws.

9.2      All disputes will be adjudicated by the competent court in Antwerp to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the Festival Organizer remains entitled to submit a claim to the court that would have jurisdiction pursuant to the statutory rules of jurisdiction.

10 MISCELLANEOUS

10.1    If any provision in these Conditions, or any part thereof is, or is declared, invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Conditions or the remaining part of that provision will remain in full force and this provision will be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that corresponds to the purport of the invalid provision as much as possible.

1.2      The artist line-up will determine the accessibility of the number of stages and the opening hours of each stage. Outside the opening hours of a stage, the stage area will not be accessible to the public. 

1.3      With a validated Tomorrowland Bracelet, on Friday & Saturday the Visitor can check in until 22h00; after 22h00 it is no longer possible to enter the festival grounds. On Sunday the Visitor can check in is possible until 21h00, after 21h00 it is no longer possible to enter the festival grounds.

The Festival Organizer reserves the right to refuse Festival Visitors who arrive on Friday or Saturday after 22h00 and Sunday after 21h00 admittance to the Tomorrowland festival grounds, even if the Festival Visitor is in the possession of a valid Festival admission ticket. 

1.4      Opening hours DreamVille

 DreamVille is open:

Weekend 1: from Thursday 14 July 2022 through Monday 18 July 2022   

Weekend 1: from Thursday 21 July 2022 through Monday 25 July 2022

Weekend 2: from Thursday 29 July 2022 through Monday 1 August 2022

Check-In:

Check-in is possible from Thursday 11h00 through Saturday 12h00.

Check-in is not possible on Sunday.

Check-out: 

Check-out is possible until Monday 12h00. All visitors are to leave the DreamVille grounds before noon on Monday. No exceptions will be made.

Only visitors in the possession of a valid DreamVille bracelet will be allowed admission to the Dreamville grounds.

2.        Festival program

2.1      The Festival Organizer may find itself forced by compelling reasons (e.g. weather circumstances, safety, artist cancellations) to change or alter the festival program and close festival stages. In this event the Festival admission ticket will remain valid and no admission tickets will be refunded or exchanged.

ANNEX 2: HOUSE RULES 

When visiting Tomorrowland 2022, the following house rules apply to all visitors (the “House Rules”). The House Rules form an integral part of the Conditions and are also posted at the entrance of the Festival. 

The House Rules are always carried out in accordance with the locally applicable rules and regulations. 

TICKETS AND BRACELETS 

Tomorrowland tickets and/or bracelets are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 

In the event of loss or theft of Tomorrowland tickets and/or bracelets they will neither be replaced nor refunded. 

Persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter, not even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adolescents. Any person born in 2004 will be allowed admittance, also if the age of 18 will not be reached until after the Festival. 

The organizer and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to verify the identity of the festival-goer upon checking the ticket and/or scanning of the festival bracelet. If you fail to present a valid proof of identity, security is authorized to refuse your access to the Festival and/or DreamVille. The following will be considered valid identification documents: identity card, passport or a driving license. Copies will not be accepted. In case you are caught with a fake identification document this will be considered identity fraud and you will be refused access to the festival. You will also face criminal charges.
 

Tickets and/or bracelets for Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille may not be used for commercial nor promotional purposes without the prior consent of the Festival Organizer. 

Tickets and/or bracelets for Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille cannot be resold without the explicit and written consent of the official ticket vendor or Festival Organizer. The festival tickets that are resold without this explicit and written consent of the official ticket vendor and/or the Festival Organizer do not give any right to enter the Festival. The Organizer and/or the official ticket vendor also reserve the right to cancel tickets for Tomorrowland once it has been established that despite this prohibition Tomorrowland tickets have been offered for sale. The costs resulting from this cancellation will be recovered from the buyer. 

Changes in the line-up do not lead to a full or even partial refund of the festival ticket. 

Forgery of the ticket or bracelet of Tomorrowland will be prosecuted. 

Visitors to Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille are not allowed to enter zones to which your bracelet does not allow admission (for example the Comfort zone, press zones, backstage, front of house, stages, etc.);

ACCESS CONTROL 

Access control is based on the applicable legislation for this purpose aimed at tracking weapons and dangerous items. If these items were to be present on the festival premises or DreamVille, they could have a negative impact on the smooth operation of the event or jeopardize the safety of the festival-goers. 

Admission to the Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille grounds may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille grounds (without any entitlement to a refund of the admission price) if a visitor: (the following list is non-exhaustive):

is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

is in the possession of or deals in drugs;

was previously refused admission to other events / meetings by the Organiser or other authorities;

shows behavior or wears clothing that is evidently aimed at disturbing the peace, provoking, or inciting to violence, hate, anger, xenophobia, race hate, etc.;

puts the lives of other visitors at risk;

is in the possession of banned objects;

refuses to be searched/patted down by security personnel;

refuses or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions.

SAFETY CONTROL

Access to the Festival premises and/or DreamVille implies acceptance of all prevention and control measures taken by the Festival Organizer or the security team, including searches of persons and bags.

Anyone wishing to enter the Tomorrowland grounds and/or DreamVille may be searched or patted down by security personnel before being allowed admission to the Festival premises and/or DreamVille, always in accordance with the locally applicable laws and regulations.

Security personnel may ask people of the same sex to subject themselves to a pat down and/or search of their clothes and luggage in order to intercept the banned objects set forth in the Festival House Rules (as included herein). If any banned objects are found, the security personnel will be entitled to confiscate the object(s) and to refuse the holder of the said objects admission to the Festival and/or DreamVille. There will be no refund. 

Anyone who is present at the Tomorrowland grounds and/or DreamVille must obey the instructions and directions of the Festival Organizer or its authorized representatives at the festival grounds and/or DreamVille at all times, in order to ensure the public order and safety during the festival.

For safety reasons the Festival Organizer reserves the right:

to interrupt or discontinue the Festival;

to prevent visitors from leaving the festival grounds and/or DreamVille until further notice;

to ask visitors to leave the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille;

to refuse visitors admission to the Tomorrowland grounds and/or DreamVille, even if they possess a valid admission ticket.

Visitors to Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille are not allowed to:

Enter zones to which their bracelet does not allow admission (the comfort zone, press zones, backstage, front of houses, stages etc.);

Climb on tents, constructions, fences, light bridges, benches, or any other structures on the festival grounds;

Block entrances, exits and emergency exits;

Disguise themselves in order to make themselves unrecognizable with the intention to disturb the peace or put the safety of the other visitors at risk;

Sell food, drinks or other products without the express permission of the Organiser;

Throw or shoot objects in solid, liquid or gas form;

Smoke where smoking is banned;

Urinate in public;

Wear full face masks (masks, morphsuites etc.);

Park a vehicle without an official parking sticker issued by the Organiser. Cars may be towed at the owner’s expense;

Tearing down, breaking, or trashing decorations;

Steal decorations or any other material belonging to Tomorrowland and/or Dreamville.

Make fire;

Crowd surfing;

Wear texts, symbols, objects, clothes and/or other (visible) external expressions explicitly representing a political, social movement, or group. Anything that hints at discrimination, incitement, or racism is strictly prohibited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are banned from the Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille grounds: 

Bringing your own food and drinks to Tomorrowland;

Bringing your own food and drinks in glass to DreamVille;

Drugs or other illegal mind-enhancing substances;

Deodorant or perfume in containers larger than 100ml

Any other objects (umbrellas, parasols, camera tripods, laser pens, etc. …) of which the security personnel decide that they pose a risk to the other visitors of the festival;

Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form;

Flammable products or materials & spray cans;

Pyrotechnical objects (fireworks, torches, etc.);

Any other weapons or sharp, pointy objects (sticks, chains, knives, …);

Banners or items bearing discriminating and/or provocative texts or expressions that may be used in an attempt to disrupt the peace, or that may endanger the safety of the crowd and/or may cause injuries or damage to people and goods;

Animals (except for guide dogs);

Drones.

The following objects may be brought onto the Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille grounds:

Guide dogs for visually challenged people;

Bringing your own food and drinks to DreamVille only, provided they are not contained in glass.

The maximum amount of drinks that may be brought to DreamVille is 6 cans of alcoholic beverages (max. 50 cl per can) and 6 cans or plastic bottles of soda or energy drinks (max. 50 cl per can/plastic bottle) per person. An unlimited number of bottles of water; Only closed packages are allowed.

Disposable or compact photo cameras;

Telescopic umbrellas without pin (no parasols);

Plastic tarpaulins and blankets to lie/sit on;

Sun screen, cosmetic products, deodorant in containers of up to 100ml;

Refreshers / vaporizers, small bag packs and other bags.

Selfie-sticks which when extended are less than 1m in length and that are solely intended for photography.

It is prohibited to have a bon fire. 

To preserve the safety of Tomorrowland and the other festival-goers, you cannot disguise yourself in order to make yourself unrecognizable. 

DRUGS POLICY = ZERO TOLERANCE 

Tomorrowland has an absolute zero tolerance policy regarding drugs! It is prohibited to use drugs on both the festival grounds. In case you are observed doing this, you will be removed from the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille. This policy is rigorously enforced and in relevant cases means handing the case over to the Police. All visitors will be given the opportunity to leave any drugs in special drug amnesty bins before entering the Festival grounds without facing any (legal) consequences.

It is prohibited to deal drugs on the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille. If such infringement becomes apparent you will be removed from the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille and handed over to the police. 

Directions and instructions of the (security) personnel should be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous weapons, security is authorized to stop you. 

If a visitor is prescribed certain drugs for health reasons, he/she must present a valid medical certificate before being allowed to bring the specific drugs onto the Festival grounds.

THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS – DAMAGE TO MATERIALS

Recreation area ‘De Schorre’, the venue for Tomorrowland, is a nature reserve. Hence, all visitors are requested to do their part to keep the area clean as much as possible. On the festival grounds, camping site and the parking lots the locations where you can deposit your waste are clearly marked. Please put them to good use. Please ‘Love Tomorrow’. 

The Festival Organizer invests a great deal of effort and manpower to turn Tomorrowland into a magical world. We ask of every festival-goer to show proper respect! Tearing, breaking or any other form of destruction to the materials of the Festival Organizer, including stealing, will result in the removal from the festival. Access will be denied for the remainder of the festival and may be denied for the following years. 

Visitors to Tomorrowland are not allowed to climb on tents, constructions, fences, light bridges, benches, or any other structures on the festival grounds;

MERCHANDISE 

Official TML by Tomorrowland merchandise is only available for purchase on the Festival, on DreamVille, the official Tomorrowland webstore (store.tomorrowland.com) and in selected selling points. 

PHOTOS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS – CAMERA SURVEILLANCE 

There will be photo and video recordings during the festival. Chances are that you will be filmed. By entering the festival grounds and/or DreamVille you agree to the processing of this footage by WEAREONE.world BVBA and its partners. 

Camera surveillance on Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille is operated in accordance with local applicable legislation. These recordings will only be used for safety purposes during the festival and will not be transferred to third parties except for the competent authority after the receival of a formal request.

The Organizer and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to verify the identity of the festival-goer.

Digital photo cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the grounds with the exception of (semi-)professional equipment. Our advice: make as many movies as possible and put loads onto YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, etc.!

TOILETS 

Using the toilets is free of charge on Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille. It is strictly prohibited to urinate in public. If caught urinating in public, you run the risk of being removed from the festival grounds and/or DreamVille. 

SMOKING

It is prohibited to smoke inside and/or in indoor stages. 

PROMOTION 

It is prohibited to distribute flyers or hang posters during the festival! Visitors wishing to promote their own events may put an ad in the Tomorrowland newspaper that is distributed among the visitors during the festival. For more information visit promotion@tomorrowland.com.

SAFETY IN FRONT OF AND AROUND THE STAGE

CROWD SURFING PROHIBITED

Crowd surfing is prohibited at Tomorrowland. Removal from the festival grounds in the event of non-compliance with this rule will be the logical outcome. 

Visitors to Tomorrowland are not allowed to block entrances, exits and emergency exits.

LOSS OR DAMAGE 

The artists and the organizers of Tomorrowland cannot be held accountable for damage, loss or theft nor for any other accident. 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Festival Organizer may only cancel or postpone Tomorrowland in the event of force majeure or if the Event Organizer has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or postpone Tomorrowland. Force majeure events include but are not limited to: terrorist threats, terrorist attacks, inclement weather, strikes, fire, war, government intervention, pandemics, illness of artists, failure of and/or delays in technical facilities, failure of and/or delays in means of transport, etc.

The Festival Organizer may be forced to close down stages due to weather conditions or other force majeure events. This does not lead to a partial or full refund.

PARKING

There are parking facilities near the Tomorrowland and DreamVille grounds. During the voucher sale you may also purchase a parking voucher that allows you to park on one of the parking lots. It is not possible to book a specific parking place nor a specific parking lot. Upon payment you will receive a voucher to be used when parking your car. The period for this voucher sale will be announced on our website. It is also possible to use the parking lot without voucher, against cash payment.

The visitor expressly agrees to indemnify the Organiser against any liability for damage caused to, theft of, or other accidents occurring with vehicles or persons on the official Festival parking lots.

DISABILITY

Upon presentation of a blue parking card, visitors with a disability may use the reserved parking. We ask you to notify us beforehand if you wish to use this parking lot by sending an email to support@tomorrowland.com;

People with a disability may enter the Tomorrowland grounds using an elevator. They are allowed to be accompanied in the elevator by up to two caretakers These caretakers have to be in possession of a valid bracelet with their name.

Extra pavement is installed on the entire grounds to make the Festival grounds easily accessible for people with a disability.

ANNEX 3: CASHLESS PAYMENTS

The Tomorrowland 2022 festival is a cashless festival. 

1.        Cashless – general

1.1      “Cashless payments” are the payment method used at the Festival and in DreamVille. The Festival Organizer reserves the right to allow other payment methods, such as cash payments and/or payments via other electronic devices.

1.2      “Pearl” is the official currency at the Festival and DreamVille. Festival Visitors can purchase “Pearls” via the Tomorrow Cashless system by an online top-up through the Tomorrowland Account or a top-up at the Festival. Pearls will then be activated on the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The value of one (1) Pearl will be made available to the Festival Visitor (on www.tomorrowland.com and the Tomorrowland Account) as soon as Pearls can be purchased.  

1.3     The Festival Organizer cannot be held liable if the cashless system does not work, does not work without defects or only works in part during Tomorrowland. In that event, the Festival Organizer will provide a back-up scenario for Festival Visitors, e.g. via the provision of payment tokens.  

2.        Cashless – transaction disputes

2.1      Top-up transactions

2.2.1   All disputes related to online top-up transactions must be reported immediately to cashless@tomorrowland.com. Complaints related to online transactions will be accepted up to three months after the end of the Festival. Festival Visitors are asked to include the necessary supporting documentation when they communicate with the Festival Organizer.

2.2.2   Festival Visitors must report disputes regarding top-up transactions made at the Festival to both a Cashless Customer Service point at the Festival and e-mail these to cashless@tomorrowland.com. The Festival Organizer reserves the right to refuse disputes if neither proof nor documentation regarding the dispute have been submitted. Festival Visitors can track top-up transactions in their online Cashless Account. 

2.2      Other transactions

All other transaction disputes must be reported to the Cashless Customer Service point at Tomorrowland as soon as possible.

2.3      Support in the case of loss or theft of the value support 

2.3.1   The Festival Organizer’s cannot be held liable for theft of loss of the cashless support (Bracelet or Cashless Card) onto which the “Pearls” are topped-up after such support has been delivered to the Festival Visitor. 

2.3.2   In the event of loss or theft, Festival Visitors can deactivate their cashless support via their online Cashless Account or by visiting a Cashless Customer Service point at the Festival.

2.4      Refunds

2.4.1   With the exception of the Bonus Pearls and Pearls pre-loaded by the Festival Organizer, cashless Pearls can only be refunded after the Festival. As a result, the Festival Organizer will not refund any Pearls during the Festival (even if a Festival Visitor is denied admission to the Festival).

2.4.2   All refunds are subject to a refund fee, which will be will be made available to the Festival Visitor (on www.tomorrowland.com and the Tomorrowland Account) as soon as Pearls can be purchased.  

Automatic refunds

2.4.3   All online top-ups or transactions through the website are subject to automatic refunds if implemented by international brands. The international brands are: Bancontact, iDeal, VISA and Mastercard. The Festival Organizer reserves the right to add or remove payment methods if necessary.

2.4.4   The Festival Organizer will strive to initiate automatic refunds within a period of 7 days following the end of the Festival. That timeframe is subject to possible delays that are beyond the Festival Organizer’s control. The refunds will be paid using the same method as the one used for the online top-up. The time at which the payment is visible on the proof of the electronic payment method depends on the currency, the country and the required processing time where the payment processor is based.

2.4.5   Refunds that qualify for an automatic refund are effected automatically. The Festival Organizer is not able to manually block certain payments, nor is the Festival Organizer authorized to change the payment method of the refund.

Manual refunds

2.4.6   Manual refunds will be applicable to all amounts that are topped-up on the cashless support during and at the Festival.

2.4.7   Manual refunds may be requested until August 15th 2022, 23h59 CET. No requests for a refund submitted after this date will be taken into account. Festival Visitors are advised to make maximum use of online top-ups.

2.4.8   The Festival Organizer endeavors to begin the refund process within a period of seven working days after the end of the registration period for these refunds. This timeframe is subject to possible delays beyond the Festival Organizer’s control. The refunds will be conducted using the payment method indicated by the Festival Visitor on the “manual refund form”.

2.4.9   Because manual refunds are processed individually, there is a minimum processing period between the notification from the cashless system and the effective payment. This processing period will take approximately three banking days. The Festival Organizer cannot be held liable within this minimum processing period. The processing period depends on the selected refund method.

2.4.10 Festival Visitors are responsible for providing the correct refund information to the Festival Organizer. If Festival Visitors do not provide the Festival Organizer with the correct information, the Festival Organizer reserves the right to not carry out the refund.

2.4.11 NON SEPA refunds are subject to an additional bank fee of € 7.00, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund. These payments require an additional processing period of at least three banking days and are subject to additional bank charges imposed by the destination bank. Festival Visitors will pay these charges.

3.        Third party service providers 

3.1       The Tomorrowland cashless payment system services are offered to the Festival Visitors with the support of 2 suppliers/payment providers: Intellitix and Ingenico. 

ANNEX 4: VOUCHER SALES

1. General 

1.1 A Tomorrowland voucher represents an additional purchase made with Tomorrowland or an independent third party (as applicable) (e.g. restaurants, locker provider, shuttle provider and parking active on or around the Festival Premises). Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale by the Festival Organizer (via the Paylogic platform or the platform of the independent third party). 

When You purchase Vouchers, the aforementioned third party (as applicable, depending on the services under the Voucher) qualify as your contracting party. You enter into an Agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made. Note that those terms prevail over these Conditions in case of conflict or ambiguity. The Festival Organizer is exempt from any contractual liability towards You. 

1.2 All Tomorrowland voucher purchases are final. It is not possible to cancel nor change a Tomorrowland Voucher.

1.3 In case of a force majeure that prevents the execution of the services regarding the Voucher entirely, Vouchers will be cancelled and refunded (with a cancellation fee, which will be made available upon purchase of the Voucher). No further damages can be claimed.
